We offer a variety of services to complement our manufacturing. If you have an idea or concept but not sure how to make it, we can help you. Our mechanical engineer can assist with the design and development of mechanical parts, assemblies, machines, processes, tooling, and dies.

Some projects require on-site design. We can come to your location to make it more convenient while reducing time and cost for you.

3D Solid Modeling

Our advanced 3D solid modeling software (SolidWorks) enables us to verify and transform your print or sketch into an accurate CAD drawing for final manufacturing.

Once we finish your design we can offer you a free edrawings 3D viewer for review. It is a simple program that loads on your personal computer which enables easy viewing of a part or machine in all directions. edrawings is a great way for us to comunicate our ideas to our customers.

Converting Sketches and 2D Drawings to 3D Solid Models

Our drawing and modeling services can take your free hand sketch or 2D electronic drawing and create a 3D model. We offer a variety of export formats for future viewing or CAD/CAM software use such as dxf, iges, pdf, jpg, etc.

Part Reverse Engineering

Many of our customers just hand us a part and say "Can you make me one of these".

With our Brown & Sharpe coordinate measuring machine and hand measuring tools, we can accurately measure a part's features. From those features, we use our computer aided drawing (CAD) software (SolidWorks) to create a manufacturing drawing. This will enable us to produce an exact replica of the original part.
