Manufacturing OEM parts is a big portion of our business. Instead of going back to the initial OEM, many of our customers come to us for replacement parts because a part is no longer offered, the OEM leadtime is too long, the OEM price is too high, or the OEM quality is poor.

Currently many OEMs don't even make parts for their machines they sell. So, if you need a part made, give us an OEM part number, drawing or a sample part and we will give you a cost estimate on the quantity you need.

POSS Mechanical Separator Replacement Parts

POSS mechanical separators are used by many of our customers in the food industry. The mechanical separators separate meat and bone while producing desired ground meat textures. Even though these machines are made of high quality stainless steel, many parts need to be repaired, maintained and/or replaced on a regular bases.

Due to the high maintenance costs of running these separators, many of our customers our trying to find ways to reduce costs and improve life of their POSS mechanical separator machines. To answer the demands of our customers we now offer OEM replacement parts, repair, and maintenance for various parts of their machines.

We offer a variety of POSS OEM replacement parts but are not limited to other POSS parts or OEMs. Therefore if you have a replacement part we do not offer, give us a call and we would be happy to give you a price.
